Calcutta Medical College:
Ex-Students association both in the U.K and in Kolkata has not shown any interest except one or two individuals; however we do have a good cooperation with the college authority.
EDEN HOSPITAL department of Gynae and Obs completed two audit projects over the last two years on the following subjects:
1 Clinical and Non Clinical waste disposal in tertiary centre.
2 H.I.V infection in pregnant women attending anti natal clinic.
Both the topics were very interesting and were undertaken by six post graduate students. They received scholarship from Birendra and Suhasini Memorial Fund. Candidates obtaining highest mark in Gynae and Obs received a medal and scholarship money at Dean's office on the 1st February at NRS medical college.
LCD projector and Hep B immunisation programme were not extended to this college for non cooperation of the Ex-students.
